1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

We currently ship across India and select international locations.


3. Delivery Time

  • Domestic (India): 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Within India:
    • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999 (customize if needed)
    • Flat ₹100 shipping fee on orders below ₹999
  • International Orders:
    Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
You can use this to track your order in real-time.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select locations within India.
  • Additional COD charges may apply.

7. Delays in Delivery

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume
  • Courier service issues
  • Natural events or public holidays

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.


8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure all shipping details are accurate.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
  • Couriers typically attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the order.

9. International Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to custom duties and taxes, which must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

10. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will assist in resolving the issue with the courier partner
